Asus EeeKeyboard is now ready to ship. It has been nearly one year those rumors started to be around and finally it is available. I do not know exactly that is it worth to buy this whatever it is, really what is this? A netbook, a notebook, a tablet? Anyway! But it has a price tag of $599. When look at the specs of EeeKeyboard, the EeeKeyboard has Intel Atom N270 processor, 1 GB of Ram(DDR2). Also this device comes with Microsoft Windows XP Home. It has 5″ 800×480 LED multi-touch display and HDMI out from keyboard and UWB receiver. It weighs 5.2 pounds.
Another feature of EeeKeyboard is up to 4 hours of unplugged use with built-in battery. Addition to this, it is capable of playing HD videos thanks to Broadcom Crystal HD Technology.
Bottom line, i do not think this is a good choice for this amount of money. If you have already considered to spend those amount of money, I would suggest you to think this: Asus Eee PC 1005PR which is both better in terms of price and performance.
