- Memory: 64MB NOR Flash, 128MB DDR2 SDRAM
- CPU: Alchemy Au1250 600MHz
- Storage: 1.8 inch HDD 40GB / 60GB / 80GB, FAT 32 file system
- Battery: Internal Lithium-Polymer Battery 6500mA
