Hewlett-Packard is preparing to enter the market of netbooks based on Nvidia platform ION, with its new HP Mini 311, a 11.6-inch ultraportable that will be distributed in Europe under the brand Compaq, HP Compaq Mini-311C.
HP Mini 311 is configured with an Intel Atom processor N270 at 1.6GHz, 1GB of 667MHz DDR2 memory and SATA hard disk 160GB 5400rpm. The graphic industry, Nvidia ION LE, with (up to 319MB shared memory), controls a 11.6-inch LCD screen with LED backlight WXGA resolution of 1366 × 768 and a webcam with microphone. The equipment is completed by a 5in1 card reader, interface, Wi-Fi b / g, Bluetooth, HDMI, VGA, audio jack, Ethernet, and 3 USB 2.0.
