Three days ago, according to PC Word, Lenovo comfirmed that they will announce a new smartbook at Consumer Electronics Show in January.

The smartbook basically has a ARM processor and it will not have a Microsoft Operating System. The price and other things still do not known but we know that we can het more info at CES 2010 from Lenovo.
