Intel Atom N550 rumuors start to be flattered around. Intel company will produce dual-core N550 processors available at end of 2010.
These new processors will allow netbook vendors to make new netbooks with 11.6″-12.1″ display because as you remember, Intel restricted the display size before, now it will change.
However, still some resctrictions, which will help netbook buyers, will be. For instance, new netbooks that comes with Intel Atom N550 will have to have at least 1 GB DDR3, 32GB SSD or 250 GB of hard drive.
The Intel company also said that “We’ll continue to include new features, performance and higher levels of integration in the future and we are committed to innovation in this category.” So, let’s wait and see what will happen in the netbook market!
