It seems that after release of new Android API, which is called Froyo, Intel plans to release Android X86 by this summer.In fact, Android is an operating system mostly made for ARM processors, which is had by smartphones and slates. However, according to Renee James from Intel, “Atomising’ Android “wasn’t tremendously difficult, as we have a lot experience in Linux”. He also added “Our expectation is that (native x86 Android) will be based on the Froyo release and will be available this summer to developers.” So, it seems that there will be new opportunities for the Android developers in soon!
