1. Dell Inspiron Mini 10: Price: $490

Netbooks, everyone is put there. Obviously, Dell could not escape. With its Inspiron Mini 10, the U.S. manufacturer at it again, after a variation of 9 and 12 inches. Equipped with the Intel Atom processor at 1.6 GHz and  1GB of RAM it can run any faster. Browse the Web, check email, share photos, keep up with social networks, listen to music and enjoy a wide variety of entertainment with the Aspire AO532h, which features a small compact design that you can take anywhere.

For less than 1kg and more than 7 hours battery, it’s an elegant and powerful machine. One of the major faults  is the touchpad-based movement and the 1024 x 600 screen, have a high-reflective coating which can make it tricky to use in brighter conditions. So in general, this a good machine but it feels a little bit banal competitive today.

4. Asus Eee PC 1005PE: Price: $330
